Return & Refund Policy

At FormFlexer™, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Non-returnable items: Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or customization are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved Refunds: The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds: May be issued for items not in original condition or returned after the 14-day window.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request images to assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
